Shipping Policy

All Australian orders over $150 will be shipped with standard shipping free of charge.

All orders under $150 are shipped at a flat rate of $9.30 per order or $12.30 for express shipping.

All items are shipped within 24 hours on business days but shipping times may vary.

Please allow 1-5 business days (includes capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside this may be between 3-7 business days.

Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable.

All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $22. We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may incur.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality control.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact Carlie Wacker at carliewacker@gmail.com so we can work something out. In the event that we will agree to a return, shipping will not be refunded.

We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchase.

If the items are not received in their original condition they will be automatically returned to the customer.

All sale purchases are final and there will be no refunds, credits or exchanges offered.
